Description

• Responsible for building and managing a strong onshore engineering team • Train existing and collaborate with the offshore engineering team • Manage relationships with engineering strategic partners • Serve as primary contact for clients/customers • Lead engineering model transition from strategic partnership to self-perform • Oversee engineering work of vendors • Manage fiber engineering designs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of Telecommunications Design experience • A minimum of 3 years of Engineering Management/Supervision experience • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Bentley/ Lumen NDS and fiber optic design • Proven knowledge of AutoDesign, IQGeo, Comsof, ARMIS, ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, and other engineering-related software • Understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and markets, communicate effectively, and respond timely to customer requests • Minimum travel requirements (<10%).
