Description
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of utility data exchange (UDX) projects • Manage all communications with stakeholders • Manage the project plan, timeline, and deliverables • Track risks and issues for mitigation • Prioritize project work with Product and Engineering teams • Facilitate user acceptance testing and platform training for clients • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues • Light travel expected for company gatherings
Requirements
• 4+ years leading software development projects in a client-facing capacity • Technical understanding of API and SSO functionality • Familiarity with the Scrum framework and Agile software development methodologies • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical persons • Familiarity with the following tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite • Utility industry experience is a plus!
