UltraViolet Cyber is headquartered in McLean, Virginia, with global offices across the U.S. and in India. โ€ข The Senior Account Manager will be a critical part of UltraViolet Cyber MSSP customers that utilize our offensive, defensive, and security engineering services. The sales professional will be expected to travel throughout the United States roughly 30% of the time to meet with customers and drive growth opportunities that align to our mission. This individual will report to C-Suite and have significant pipeline visibility.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or related advanced degree is a plus. โ€ข 10+ years of experience in account management and customer success in the cybersecurity industry. โ€ข Proven track record in customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling. โ€ข Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. โ€ข Experience in managing complex customer accounts and delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. โ€ข Strong program management skills with experience leading customer projects, ensuring that deliverables are met, and timelines are adhered to. โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. โ€ข Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. โ€ข Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. โ€ข Expertise selling cybersecurity managed services or professional services. โ€ข Ability to travel regularly for onsite customer meetings and events.
