β’ Develop, implement, and continuously optimize lead gen-focused paid media and email automation strategies β’ Determine the optimal way to allocate budget across media channels (new and existing), campaigns, objectives, and ad units β’ Collaborate with Sales to develop an annual marketing promotion calendar, dutifully considering both seasonal and evergreen promotions β’ Rigorously analyze website analytics to understand the strengths & weaknesses of our marketing site and ensure we are constantly testing new ways to optimize conversion rate β’ Collaborate with content & design stakeholders on ad creative, email content, website assets, and other critical deliverables, providing detailed briefs and strategic feedback β’ Deliver monthly reports that show how we're performing to plan, identify key performance drivers, and propose new opportunities based on deep analysis and channel expertise
β’ 6+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a significant portion in lead generation or growth roles β’ Experience running and maintaining paid media campaigns, email automation, and website conversion rate experiments β’ Demonstrated track record of growing an inbound pipeline with quality leads who convert into customers β’ Deep knowledge of marketing and business analytics and the ability to configure/pull insightful reports independently β’ Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and optimizing for cost-per-action targets β’ An experienced point of view on how content/creative and messaging impacts performance and the ability to clearly articulate that point of view to writers & designers β’ Proven success in roles where you were largely or solely responsible for hitting goals β’ Preference may be given to applicants with: - Experience working at a startup (preferably under 50 employees) - Experience working closely with members of a sales team - Experience with the following tools: Hubspot, Google Analytics, FullStory, MixPanel, Segment, Supermetrics, Confluence, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
