The Marketing Cloud Technical Lead at V2 is a key player in driving successful Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and ensuring technical excellence across various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong technical expertise, and the ability to support clients in optimizing their processes, implementing technical solutions, and integrating cloud systems effectively. The Marketing Cloud Technical Lead role at V2 is centered around providing technical leadership within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain while actively contributing to process improvement, project success, and client satisfaction.
β’ Minimum 8+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and technical leadership. β’ At least 6+ years of Marketing Cloud suite expertise, including Marketing Cloud Interaction, Intelligence and Personalization, CDP and Data Cloud. β’ Passion for solving business problems by leveraging technology. β’ Process flow optimization and organizational change management experience within a company or as an external consultant. β’ Proven ability to frame solution-oriented conversations that address complex business challenges across the prospect-to-cash flow. β’ Comfort with driving executive-level conversations and the ability to lead through influence. β’ Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments. β’ Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural, and written). β’ Analytical curiosity and demonstrated a passion for intellectual challenges.
