• This remote position is open to Canada-based professionals authorized to work without sponsorship. • Passion for innovation and problem-solving at V2, providing speed and direction to clients’ operations. • Role as Salesforce Technical Consultant, leading client engagements and gathering requirements. • Manage Enterprise-level projects with effective governance and communication. • Oversee project-related documentation and collaborate with internal and client teams throughout engagement lifecycle. • Lead key program management milestone sessions.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting and/or program/project management • 5+ years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience • Passion for solving business problems by leveraging technology • Process flow optimization and organizational change management experience • Historical success in framing solution-oriented conversations • Proven ability to manage medium or large-scale projects • Comfort with driving C-level conversations • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments • High-level organization and communication skills • Analytical curiosity and passion for intellectual challenges
