• Operate as an advisor to clients • Coach hiring managers on scalable hiring practices and market trends • Increase the top funnel for urgent hiring needs • Run candidates in a full life cycle capacity
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in VC, Startup or Agency (preference to executive search) • Expertise in sourcing, closing, and managing the entire recruiting life cycle • Experience in a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring expectations • Top performance working in high-pressured environments • Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem-solve, and be positive • Understand how to coach candidates through difficult conversations (startup equity, managing multiple offers, interviews, and setting expectations on timelines) • Market expertise in Software Engineering, Product, Design • Skilled in boolean searches, creative sourcing strategies, and persuasive communication • Relentless self-accountability, drive, and responsiveness to key stakeholders
