• Coordinate hiring activities to HR/Recruitment Department • Responding to emails related to recruitment • Prepare and post job ads online • Resume screening and Initial Interview • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates • Process background checks for candidates • Maintain candidate database • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents) • Handle records and paperwork • Other related tasks
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry (not required) • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Can work independently, as well as, part of a team • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand of recruitment requests
