Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of fulfillment operations across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels to ensure efficient and accurate order processing. • Ensure strict omnichannel compliance with all customers' routing guides and partner portal access, booking requirements, and vendor-system updates. And ensure the same for direct-to-consumer orders by maintaining and providing oversight for order logic. • Analyze and report against OTIF performance data from all channels to identify trends, surface insights, and escalate process-change requirements. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment workflows, enhance delivery speed, and reduce operational costs while maintaining high service levels. • Manage and report against all carrier mix, rate, and zone tracking for optimized routing of all shipping activities; course correcting the 3PL team as needed. • Own invoice accuracy for all logistics-related service providers. Surfacing overages and pursuing credits where necessary. • Distill company and department goals into agenda-driven, weekly meetings. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all fulfillment queries, internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field • At least 3 years of experience in fulfillment operations, with a strong background in managing omni-channel logistics for both direct-to-consumer and retail markets. Experience with Target, Ulta Beauty, and Amazon are strongly preferred. • Proven track record of successfully managing outbound logistics operations, including experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and retailer portals. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. • Proficient in Cin7/DEAR. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and retail counterparts. • Comfortable working remotely utilizing shared documents, Zoom, Slack, Asana, G-Suite, and other tools to stay connected and work as a team. • Willing to travel as needed.
