• Valence is a Series A B2B SaaS, creating the first generative AI leadership coach. • Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our LLM-powered coaching product that serves Fortune 500 enterprises. • Will actively build this AI product and support the technical architecture and roadmap.

Requirements

• Lead the design strategy and execution for Valence's platform, ensuring that it is visually stunning, intuitive, and effective. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create designs that align with our business goals and resonate with our users. • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into powerful design solutions. • Develop and maintain design systems that enable our teams to move quickly and consistently as we scale. • Mentor and guide other designers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
