Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in community management, content moderation, or a similar role. β€’ Proven ability to track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content strategies. β€’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide contributors effectively. β€’ Experience using content management systems, community engagement tools, and data analytics platforms. β€’ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment. β€’ Moderate knowledge of aviation and industry trends.
