โข Conduct workshops to define KPIs, digital objectives, project requirements, and educate clients on digital best practices. โข Implement and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 on websites, including GA4 implementation, maintenance, quality control, and data analysis. โข Develop and execute optimization roadmaps, experiments, and data strategies, including data layer design, tagging plans, and marketing automation plans. โข Create and implement dashboards, ongoing reports, and actionable recommendations for improvements. โข Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing general guidance and expertise. โข Contribute to thought leadership and support sales efforts by identifying early opportunities. โข Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to improve web performance and user experience.
๐ฏ Requirements
โข Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. โข +3 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in an agency or business environment. โข Experience with analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. โข Understanding of marketing strategy and optimization tactics, including personalization, SEO, A/B testing, automation, audience segmentation, and content targeting. โข Experience presenting to stakeholders and conducting workshops and training activities. โข Knowledge of popular digital marketing tools and channel strategies across web, email, social, and mobile. โข Experience developing and implementing measurement strategies and tagging plans.
