• Lead and scale our global Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architecture teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC. • Drive Vanta’s expansion into the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, including highly regulated industries. • Establish new practices including Demo Engineering and Enterprise Implementation. • Enhance demo capabilities and technical value-selling framework to increase technical wins. • Strengthen the Account Executive & Solution Engineer partnership. • Own key metrics related to technical win rates, implementation success, and time-to-value for Enterprise customers.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering leadership roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. • Experience leading and scaling global teams in pre-sales and/or post-sales technical roles. • Deep expertise in security, compliance, or enterprise SaaS; experience in compliance automation, cybersecurity, or GRC is a plus. • Strong track record of working with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, particularly in highly regulated industries. • A hands-on leader who can both strategize at a high level and dive deep into technical challenges when needed. • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, and Customer Success. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
