📋 Description

• At Vanta, ensure security is monitored and verified continuously. • Strategic Finance team drives leverage and invests in opportunities for growth. • Act as a financial liaison between Strategic Finance and Go-to-Market functions. • Instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic guidance for initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable key stakeholders on insights and recommendations. • Help drive the budget and long-term financial plans for go-to-market initiatives. • Lead financial efforts on projects including sales team resourcing and ROI on marketing spend. • Think critically to identify topics for investigation and provide new perspectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of corporate finance, investment banking or comparable experience with fast-paced start-up (ideally SaaS) in Strategic Finance or FP&A • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides. Bonus for experience in SQL and NetSuite • Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to tackle projects, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable strategies that drive business impact. • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and establish relationships with business partners. Bonus for experience partnering with go-to-market functions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying financial insights in a comprehensible and engaging manner. • Accountability: Be highly entrepreneurial and comfortable owning your work in a fast-paced environment • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or other analytical discipline
