Description

•Deeply understand our customers and our market •Develop the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s audit and auditor products •Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company •Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage •Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

Requirements

•Have prior experience as an auditor, financial audit experience preferred, IT audit OK too •Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers •Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams •Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken •Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders •Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management •Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
