Description

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers • Design, develop, and own new product functionality leveraging modern frameworks and tooling • Set direction for critical technical surface areas • Influence architecture for next generation execution infrastructure • Drive initiatives to increase operational posture and execution quality • Play a part in defining Vanta's engineering culture as we grow

Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of industry experience • Have experience with front end development, technologies, and frameworks • Have driven projects around scaling product infrastructure • Have played technical leadership roles for teams and/or complex projects • Have launched greenfield products in close collaboration with users and product managers • Have experience working at rapidly scaling startups or large companies with environments that prioritize a bias for action
