Description

• The GM, Financial Services will play a critical role in growing Vantaca's ecosystem by driving customer happiness and financial results in our payments processing products. • This senior leader will be instrumental in delivering significant revenue growth in an industry with hundreds of billions of dollars of annual transactions. • The role requires a visionary leader with deep understanding of payments processing, banking, and the broad financial services landscape. • Ensure the company leverages its ecosystem to create and capture value for customers and Vantaca.

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services, with 5-10 years at a bank, followed by a successful transition into payments or fintech. • Deep understanding of financial institution revenue models and financial product monetization. • Extensive experience in banking partnerships, payment solutions, and AP/AR services. • Proven ability to lead teams, including product development, operations, and business strategy, with a focus on financial services. • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships and product innovation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and departments. • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
