Requirements

• Work closely and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA team members in an Empowered Team approach. • Design intuitive product experiences that are formulated through user-driven discovery and validation. • Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. • Present and defend your design decisions - all your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles ( i.e. color theory, typography, whitespace, visual weight, etc. ). • Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in the UX discipline. • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing digital and mobile projects. • At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer in areas such as customer strategy, user research, information architecture, customer experience design, product design or other similar areas. • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading small/medium-sized projects, including the ability to navigate scope, work with large teams and present ideas to clients. • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and traditional design principles, with expertise in how to apply them within a visual design system. • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. • Experience using tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin. • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset. • Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
