Description

• This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements. • Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated UI/UX Designer to support our team. • We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. • As a UX Designer focusing on security and compliance, you will play a critical role in developing intuitive designs that enhance user experience while ensuring adherence to industry standards. • You will collaborate closely with product managers, security experts, and engineers to create solutions that build trust and confidence in our products. • Your insights into risk assessment and mitigation will guide the design process, and you will incorporate effective form generation to streamline user input and data collection.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in UX Design, with a focus on security and compliance solutions preferred • Demonstrated ability as a UX Designer, particularly in security and compliance solutions • Strong knowledge of security controls, compliance requirements, and risk assessment/mitigation processes • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize user needs • Experience conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback for design iteration • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and engineering • Ability to navigate ambiguity and chaos in a fast paced, high growth environment
