Description

• Ensure financial reporting accuracy within the Finance team • Prepare management reports and support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis activities • Develop processes for global costs allocation • Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with policies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for actionable plans • Assist in technology solutions deployment for efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field • Experience in the construction or real estate industry preferred • Experience in a Data Center or Critical Infrastructure environment preferred • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Fluency in English essential • Able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
