Description

• Lead development and execution of global supplier risk management strategy • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive supplier onboarding and risk management process • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define supplier risk management criteria • Streamline risk management processes while maintaining supplier oversight and controls • Monitor and report on TPRM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Manage risk across the supply chain with key suppliers • Lead and manage a team providing operational support • Ensure alignment of TPRM policies with regional requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, risk management, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in supplier risk management, procurement, supply chain, or related areas • Proven experience in global risk management or TPRM processes • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, including supplier onboarding and screening methodologies • Expertise in selecting and implementing TPRM technology platforms • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and process-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement • Experience with regulatory compliance and supplier risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST) • Familiarity with risk management software and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms) • Experience working in a global organization, with cross-cultural and cross-regional collaboration • Travel required is expected to be up to 15% but may increase over time
