At Varian, a Siemens Healthineers Company, we bring together the world's best talent to realize our vision of a world without fear of cancer. • In this role, the successful incumbent will work within the Service organization and in collaboration with various internal and external functions (i.e. Sales, Installations, Manufacturing, Customer Supply Chain, vendors etc.). • They will develop business strategies, structures, and processes to increase and enhance project execution, including converting customer committed backlog orders to revenue. • They will operate as the Liaison between Customers and Installation Project Managers and other customer facing internal roles; with core goals of driving projects to execution, accelerating the conversion of backlog to revenue, and enhancing market share growth into revenue. • Expected to change existing concepts, methodologies, customer approaches etc. to create and open new ways of approaching revenue and backlog conversion to revenue. • Participate in Region Revenue /Backlog calls, reviewing data and exploring options. • Provide routine status updates on goals and tracked results.
• BS/BA in relevant field plus 5+ years’ experience in healthcare supporting Customers with Medical Device equipment, Financial Customer Support, Field Support; or equivalent combination of education and related experience. • Comprehensive (deep and broad) professional knowledge and experience in the entire Medical Device Sales customer journey – including financial impact, sales, backlog, installation. • Ability to link multiple key knowledge areas with high professional competence – specifically regarding Customer processes, analytics of dashboards and metrics, Financial Impact Assessments, Customer Journey Mapping. • Ability to solve highly complex problems. • Ability to develop and explore options across all business lines, to improve existing approaches in accelerating revenue in an innovative manner to achieve higher business impact. • Established in external and internal networks. • Proactively shares knowledge in a systematic way to grow knowledge base and supports a learning organization. • Strong Communication (verbal and written) skills and leadership skills. • Capital healthcare equipment product skills with clinical and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of capital planning and construction process in healthcare. • Demonstrated analytical skills for market intelligence management and targeted execution of measures. • Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce results. • Display elevated level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems. • Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals. • Skills to guide Teams and individuals towards a high-performance culture.
