• Build credibility with stakeholders • Provide customer-facing technical expertise • Serve as part of the SaaS Enablement Team for implementations • Develop and foster relationships with internal customers • Compile status reports • Respond to incidents as necessary • Review customer IT infrastructure • Complete necessary tasks to meet quality processes
Requirements
• 2-5 years’ experience • Excellent communication skills • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience ratings • Willingness to travel to designated events <15% travel required • Professional fluency in English • Required: experience using Microsoft Office suite • Required: Experience in IT, Cloud and Networking • Desired: Experience with Flowchart and Diagraming Software
