Description

• Responding to customer’s needs with urgency, empathy, sensitivity • Processing orders ensuring customer data integrity and accuracy • Ensuring completion of customer orders from receipt to delivery • Assisting customers to resolve inquiries via email and phone • Supporting sales activity around the EMEA region • Handling & resolving customer complaints • Maintaining account information in the CRM system • Working with different departments to sort out issues • Managing consignment stocks of various products • Facilitating the invoicing process • Analyzing business problems using data sources for insight • Identifying trends in datasets • Constructing forecasts and strategic plans based on data • Creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs

Requirements

• College/university degree • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or in a similar position • Fluency in English and French or German language is required • Excellent customer service and problem solving and prioritization skills • Experience with data analysis and reporting • International shipping and logistics experience and knowledge of documentation and international customs requirements highly appreciated • Can do attitude and solution-oriented mind-set • Display attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software desired • Experience with SalesForce or equivalent CRM software desired
