🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft oder Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder Hochschulabschluss der Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung oder im Property Management • Professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten sowie schnelle Einarbeitung in unsere Software-Lösungen • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Engagement und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative • Sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit verbunden mit sehr guten Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit • Führerschein Klasse B
