Description

• Responsible for monitoring key health indicators and performance outcomes of our priority partners • Analyze trends and work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement • Review and update partner claims for accuracy • Collaborate with stakeholders to track down missing information • Investigate drivers behind high passthrough rates • Audit and report on compensation for partners • Monitor customer health trends among different partner types and regions • Create reporting and scorecards in various tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or other related field • 2+ years relevant experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Service, or Data Analytics • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills to present data to different audiences • Natural curiosity to understand the “what’s”, “why’s”, and “how’s” of our business • Experience working in an organization during a period of rapid growth and change, with willingness to embrace the unknown, find solutions, and do whatever it takes to deliver better outcomes for customers, patients, and VaxCare • Experience with Totango, Salesforce, and Microsoft SQL • Proven track record gathering and interpreting complex data to develop actionable steps that drive outcomes
