Description
• Work with the Onboarding Team to meet expectations and ensure VaxCare Partners start well • Execute daily administrative tasks including data validation and data entry of new partner • Work with third-party vendors to coordinate data extraction and integration • Collaborate with internal teams for timely Hub delivery • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and monitor partner performance • Lead end user training for various products and manage competing priorities • Help develop onboarding processes and tools for new Partners
Requirements
• Must be/have been a member of the onboarding team • Friendly and professional demeanor • Adapt well in an ever-changing environment • Proactive problem solver • Inviting presence and engaging personality • Focus to complete tasks • Outstanding ability to work with others to create a fun and friendly office environment • The ability to work well with multiple individuals on a daily basis • A heart of a servant, willing to go the extra mile, high desire • Excellent verbal and written communication • Early adopter of technology • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations • Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of trackers & reporting tools
