• Decile Group (https://decilegroup.com) is transforming venture capital into a force for good in the world. • We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, changing the face of venture capital. • We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide and operate the Decile Hub platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms. • As Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Automation, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing AI-driven automation solutions that empower our users. • You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the product experience, driving adoption, and ensuring customers maximize the value of our platform. • Your insights will directly influence our roadmap as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, AI-powered automation solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS product management, AI-driven automation, or technical customer support • Strong understanding of AI & automation technologies and their applications in SaaS • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping users succeed • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills • Comfortable working with web technologies and product analytics tools • Ability to work with teams across product, engineering, and customer success • Significant overlap with Pacific Time Zone working hours • Bonus Points • Experience with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or B2B SaaS • Familiarity with RFM segmentation analysis for customer engagement • Sales or business development experience, especially in AI-powered software
