• Implement data governance program vision using technology • Develop and communicate Data Governance policies • Mentor junior Data Governance Analysts • Collaborate with data engineers and business units • Facilitate development of data quality standards • Conduct research on enterprise data governance tools

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related quantitative field • 8 years in Data Governance/Management • 5 years SQL experience • 5 years Healthcare domain experience • Knowledge of modern data architecture, platforms, and frameworks • In-depth experience in Data Governance Policies, tools, best practices • Extensive experience using Data Governance technology platforms such as Microsoft Purview or Databricks Unity Catalog • Proven experience in data quality management • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience utilizing Agile methodology
