Requirements
• Ability to communicate at all levels across the business • Adaptable in a fast moving environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Able to prioritise and meet tight schedules and targets • Advanced in Microsoft Excel • Experience of using an HCM system preferred • Experience working with data analysis tools such as Power Bi or Tableau preferred • Proven experience of using Workday to provide analysis and reports is advantageous
