Description

• Generate and drive analyses and insights into key metrics to serve as thought partners to business leaders in their strategic and operational decision-making • Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support critical strategic, financial, and operational decisions • Manage and prioritize requests for resources and investments. Evaluate and recommend based on return-on-investment analysis. Track and review actual performance to ensure achievement of business case. • Support the long range planning financial model • Assist with process and systems improvements to drive the company’s continued growth and scaling • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support the growth of the business and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field • 10+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking or consulting. Prior experience in technology and software (SaaS) industry highly desirable • Experience with General Ledger and Trial Balance data • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion (HFM and Planning), Tableau, SFDC • Strong analytical skills and complex modeling experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure • Is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving involving financial modeling and working with large data sets • Has proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact
