β’ Assume a critical, supportive, technical role within the RM team. β’ Assist both technical and team initiatives to shape and guide effective solutions. β’ Collaborate with Security and IT to maintain or implement remediation requirements. β’ Assist with vulnerability management programs, including scans and assessments. β’ Work on improving reporting maturity through automation and consolidation. β’ Align scanning, reporting, and tracking with best-practices and compliance. β’ Resolve information security vulnerability findings timely.
β’ Associates degree or competency-based degree in a related IT discipline preferred β’ Relevant industry certifications such as S+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus β’ 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management / compliance monitoring or equivalent experience β’ Experience in vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, network admission control, and/or SIEM β’ Direct experience with VM scanning tools like Nessus, Rapid7, Qualys, etc. β’ Experience with IT controls monitoring for regulatory and compliance requirements β’ Knowledge of vulnerability data management and reporting process automation β’ Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies a plus β’ Knowledge of scripting languages (i.e., Powershell, Python, YAML, etc.) a plus β’ Experience with ServiceNow a plus β’ Functional knowledge of information security best practices β’ Functional knowledge of ITIL principles and practices β’ Knowledge of and/or experience with technical concepts associated with common server operating systems, cloud computing, automation, networking, and application development
