Description

• Ensure that our primary sales, marketing, and customer support systems and core datasets are designed, evolved, controlled, and managed to support rapid business insight, management decision-making and high-quality financial reporting. • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our GTM systems with a focus on scalable integration and workflows. • Lead the maintenance, integrations, and governance of Salesforce and other internal applications. • Work with our functional leaders to establish the GTM applications roadmaps that create automation and scale to support our growth aspirations. • Play an important leadership role in developing our GTM data strategy to ensure our core GTM datasets are reliably accurate, allowing fast and accurate integration of new software and services that rely on this data. • Be a trusted advisor and strategic team member to understand challenges and scaling needs, while defining and planning for future technology solutions. • Partner with the Enablement team to provide user training. • Build trusted relationships with our vendors to ensure best practice usage, user adoption, and value realization. • Maintain a view of technology trends to spot opportunities, and develop recommendations for continued scaling and competitive advantage. • Facilitate a culture of innovation through new software and programs. • Maintain policies, standards and procedures. • Be a stand-in PM or Solutions Architect for the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in progressive leadership roles focusing on Go To Market systems with experience with global sales teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar area of study. • B2B SaaS experience providing and managing GTM system programs in a similar role. • Experience as product manager for the GTM tech stack and managing technology projects and enhancements. • Experience managing Salesforce and related CRM applications, including AppExchange products, custom integrations, and marketing automation. • Deep experience with the business and technical aspects of evaluation, integration, and maintenance of business systems • Experience partnering with application vendors and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver successful system rollouts. • Partnered with global and geographically distributed teams to define and roll out technology solutions. • Expertise in software project management (e.g. gathering and developing detailed functional requirements, breaking down complex requirements, capturing detailed acceptance criteria, building a release plan, test, change management, etc.). • Experienced as a people manager for multiple teams. • Experienced supporting compliance frameworks.
