📋 Description

• We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our accounting team. • You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Payroll Operations Specialist, you will oversee multi-country payroll operations. • This role will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for India, UK, and Germany ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in India payroll regulations, strong expertise in UK and Germany payroll, and the ability to contribute to process improvements while maintaining high standards of payroll accuracy. • You must be accessible during U.S. business hours, particularly overlapping with Central Time (ET) from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, to ensure effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 5+ years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on India payroll processing • Experience processing payroll in the UK and Germany • Prior experience managing multi-country payroll operations is preferred • Strong leadership skills with experience managing payroll teams • Expertise in payroll software. Experience with ADP solutions is a plus • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory regulations • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in both hands-on (micro) and strategic (macro) capacities • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Must be accessible during U.S. business hours, particularly overlapping with Central Time (ET) from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, to ensure effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
