📋 Description

• We’re a growing team, and as we scale, so does our need to focus on expanding our Customer Operations team. You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating team collaboration, help with removing impediments, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting continuous improvement. Scrum Master also work closely with the stakeholders to align the team's goals and expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. • Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse and distributed teams. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Passionate about delivering value to customers and stakeholders. • Certified Scrum Master or similar certification from a recognized agile organization. • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
