📋 Description
• The senior professional services engineer will provide professional services support for our clients. • This role will help design, implement, and transition to support project-based initiatives for clients. • Responsibilities include best practice implementation, deployment, and upgrade of client’s cloud and infrastructure environment. • Communicate technical issues and solutions with customers. • Install, configure, and administer Azure, O365, and Veeam, and other cloud-based systems. • Create updated documentation for each client’s environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field preferred • Certifications in infrastructure technologies (Azure, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) preferred • 8 years of previous experience in a similar role • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience with other public cloud environments, like Azure, AWS, and virtualization technologies is a plus
