Description

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to drive brand awareness and revenue. • Manage a small team of marketing professionals and handle project management and collaboration. • This role reports to the VP Demand Generation & Marketing Operations with some travel required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in integrated marketing campaign management with a track record of meeting or exceeding expectations • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns • Solid understanding and experience across marketing channels & programs including paid media, search, social, email, nurture/drip, web, webinars, gifting, chat, events, PR, AR, and more • Experience leveraging account-based methodologies and buyer journeys • Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to confidently communicate insights at the tactic, channel, program, team, and corporate level • Positive, problem-solving, growth mindset • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field • 8 + years of management experience in demand generation or related marketing role
