• Engage with existing customers via phone and email to uncover needs • Provide quotations, cross-sell, up-sell, and position appropriate solutions • Involved in strategic territory and account planning • Work with Field Sales managers on larger deals • Prepare and present a weekly sales funnel review
• Inside sales experience (ideally with software sales) • High degree of motivation, goal driven, self-starter • Excellent communication (fluent written and verbal Spanish & Italian, plus advanced English) • Proficiency in the use of IT, including CRM databases (i.e., SalesForce.com) • Highly customer focused with strong teamworking and planning & organizing skills
