Description
• Administer day-to-day health and welfare benefit plans • Process and monitor leaves for associates • Liaison between associates and leave providers • Monitor integration/feed files to third-party providers • Ensure compliance with state, country and regional regulations • Collaborate with the HR Community, Legal, and outside agencies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 2-5 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services roles • Experience in benefit administration or leave processing • Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday • Empathetic mindset • Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) • Knowledge of state and providence disability laws for North America • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
