📋 Description
• Directly responsible for the successful delivery and execution of Hach’s field service contract and on-demand obligations. • Recruiting, hiring, and developing Field Service Technicians (FSTs). • Tracking business and operational trends, and enhancing the customer-Hach relationship. • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. • Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity initiatives.
