• Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with large Project Delivery (E&C/EPC/SI) companies. • Build strategic alliances and partnerships with selected strategic customers. • Monitor and aggregate Benelux-wide market trends , drivers for regulation, and identify competing brands or products. • Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, commercial, and technical departments to align with HACH's strategic vision. • Manage and coordinate a team of 3 Sales Development Managers, providing direction and support. • Develop and improve sales tools and processes , and coordinate the sales process for projects and tenders in the Benelux. • Maintain expertise in relevant applications and products, and use Veralto Business System's tools to drive change and support process improvements. • Travel requirements include Benelux-wide trips and occasional international travel.
• Bachelor's degree (bij voorkeur een Master's) in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Process Technology of een verwante discipline. • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de verkoop van wateranalyseapparatuur. • Toepasselijke kennis van het drinkwater- en afvalwaterproces. • Vermogen om een strategie te bepalen en verandering teweeg te brengen. • Superieure interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten, met het vermogen om met mensen op meerdere niveaus binnen een organisatie te werken en grote groepen aan te spreken. • Hoge mate van commerciële competentie en vermogen om bedrijfsstrategie uit te voeren, inclusief verandermanagement. • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; voorkeur voor Franssprekende kandidaten wanneer de kwalificaties gelijk zijn.
