Description
• Provide ongoing care and support for customer's equipment. • Install products and solutions at customer locations. • Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems. • Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers. • Extend Videojet footprint by promoting service agreements and newer technology.
Requirements
• Problem-solve using available resources and creative solutions. • Partner with customers to assess needs and manage expectations. • Proactively listen to customers and follow through. • Collaborate with teammates, managers and customers. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, stretch, bend, and squat. • Must be comfortable with day travel and overnight travel.
