•Vercel’s Frontend Cloud provides the developer experience and infrastructure to build, scale, and secure a faster, more personalized web. •Vercel is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing Digital Success team. •Help develop a scaled success playbook for Vercel customers. •Shape our customer onboarding experience and contribute to our overall customer success strategy. •Lead customer onboarding processes through welcome calls, check-in calls, and pre-launch calls while providing comprehensive product enablement. •Apply technical expertise to discuss Next.js, Vercel, and related technologies. •Create and maintain internal documentation and customer records. •Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, engaging with customers via email and video conferences. •Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

•Experience working with tech SaaS companies, particularly in AI, crypto, or other software sectors. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a curious mindset and determination to succeed. •Ability to deploy on Vercel and clearly explain the workflow. •Experience with data analysis and reporting. •Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
