Requirements
•Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of physical and virtual servers remotely •Continuously monitor server performance remotely to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality •Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction •Provide technical support for server-related issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems •Implement and manage backup, storage, and disaster recovery strategies •Ensure that all servers are updated with the latest software and security patches •Collaborate remotely with IT staff to develop and implement IT policies and procedures •Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations, scripts, and IT processes
