• The Client Strategist II consults directly with bank and credit union clients • Provides consultative and analytical services utilizing data and insights • Achieves various Financial Institution outcomes • Partners with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation • Serves as a change agent, championing agile ways of thinking • Drives excellence in financial acumen, communication and strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required); Professional certification preferred • Previous high-level or senior management role in financial services required • 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Institution (FI) Business Acumen • Experience with end user FI consumption and/or selling of digital services • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Tableau, PowerPoint, CRM & MCIF Software)
