Requirements

• 3+ year of Implementation or Project Management experience in a highly technical SaaS startup environment (SFDC proficiency a plus) • Able to effectively manage and prioritize workload to include driving implementation projects for several customers at a time while addressing each customer's unique needs • Possesses a fundamental understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and communication of overall project status • Self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment • Highly collaborative, organized, detail oriented, solutions focused, and able to problem solve on the spot • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to specify technical changes/needs to technical teams
