Description

• Inside Sales Specialist role supporting sales goals in AMER-LATAM region. • Lead role in renewing Maintenance & Support contracts and SaaS business. • Proactively identify upsell opportunities and assist Sales Team with quotes and orders. • Ensure smooth communication between Finance, Sales, and other teams. • Maintain Salesforce information regarding customers and partners. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the region. • Collaborate with Inside Sales teams from other regions to improve processes. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work in a complex, virtual team environment crossing geographic boundaries. • Proven track record of achieving goals and working independently without constant supervision. • Team player with a hunger to make a difference in the company. • Written and verbal English language at business level. Spanish is a must. • Excellent level of skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. • Good level in Salesforce is a plus. • Excellent presentation skills with ability to speak in front of stakeholders. • Excellent customer-facing skills in-person and over the phone and video.
