• The Company You’ll Join: It is our mission to create an exceptional firm that betters the world of work. • Through granular candidate insights, in-depth employer benchmarking, continuous market pulses, actionable strategies, and recruiting feedback platforms, the team at Veris Insights is advancing the way companies across North America approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and talent management. • You will be joining the Entry Talent Accelerator Program (ETA). • You will be part of an existing cohort of exceptionally talented entry-level analysts. • Growth Analysts deliver valuable, actionable insights to leaders over the phone, email, or LinkedIn each day. • The ETA program aims to track participants to one of three client-facing and revenue-generating roles.

• Recent graduate (or expected to graduate) with a degree earned between December 2024 and Summer 2025 • A passion for dedicated service and uncompromising quality • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving • A growth mindset focused on continual learning and development • Enthusiasm to learn and use new tools as we implement them
