Description

• The Company You’ll Join: It is our mission to create an exceptional firm that betters the world of work. Through granular candidate insights, in-depth employer benchmarking, continuous market pulses, actionable strategies, and recruiting feedback platforms, the team at Veris Insights is advancing the way companies across North America approach recruiting, employer branding, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and talent management. We work with hundreds of Fortune 1000 organizations to help them solve their hardest talent challenges and it is our aspiration to be nothing less than the single, unequivocal best partner to every one of these leaders in that pursuit. • The Team You’ll Join: Veris Insights serves talent leaders from 200+ Fortune 1,000 companies in our memberships. Our mission is to set an unprecedented standard for research, analytics, and insight in the university recruiting space – to craft the language talent leaders use to shape the direction of the industry. Currently, we’re in a unique position to do this, as the majority of the industry’s leadership actively follows the advice of our research. • UR360 serves a subset of Veris Insights’ clients, or who we call our "members", to direct research and craft insights that are custom to each employer. Our work focuses on collecting data from candidates in pivotal decision-making moments during the recruiting process – the decision to apply to an employer, the decision to accept an offer, and the internship experience – and using that data to form takeaways and recommendations that help reinforce the candidate experience and key recruiting metrics of our members. • As a Senior Research Associate, you will work closely with Project Managers to execute UR360 research projects. The results of this work will be shared with leaders of the most prominent employers of recent graduates in the nation. • How You’ll Grow: The UR360 team is perhaps the most versatile in the organization – owning data collection, research content creation, and research delivery for our custom research projects. No one day looks like another, and opportunities for skill growth are incredibly varied in nature. • From the beginning, you’ll be tasked with supporting a PM on the operations and delivery of a subset of UR360 projects and key relationships within those projects. As you become comfortable with the research process & member relationships, our focus will turn towards full independence in executing research tasks, identification of research process improvements, and mastery of the Veris Insights research canon and University Recruiting as a whole. Promotion to a Project Manager level would come with new member ownership & management responsibilities in the team. • The Character: Service: A natural bent towards service and exceeded expectations. You demonstrate a relentless drive to innovate and enhance current practices, propelling business growth and evaluating member satisfaction. • Hunger for Excellence: An inarguable track record of high performance - in everything you do. You recognize the value of respectfully speaking up, and actively contributing to the betterment of both your colleagues and the overall business through effective feedback and suggestions. • Incisiveness: Notably high intellect – and the ability to apply it practically. You expertly extract critical insights from various data sources including study decks, data books, qualitative notes, and narratives, driving informed decision-making and impactful end deliverables. • Presence: Striking magnetism – an immediate ability to inspire trust and distill confidence. Embraces a humble and learning-focused mindset, continually expanding knowledge to become a recognized subject matter expert (SME).
