• Evaluate commercial business sites for insurance coverage • Assist insurers in policy underwriting and pricing decisions • Schedule and conduct on-site visits and reports • Identify business operations, construction materials, and safety measures • Professionally represent Verisk • Execute data quality commitments and complete accurate reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience • Preferred fields: Risk Management, Construction Management, Property and Liability Insurance, Safety • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to write concise and informative reports • Strong proficiency with technology and MS Office • Self-motivated planning and goal setting • Professional designations like CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, or CPCU are a plus
